Professional Development

Professional Development Sessions

We provide packaged offers of professional development for STEM teachers focused on integrating transferable skills and NGSS using an equitable lens into STEM classrooms.  We believe in teachers using an equitable lens through which all classroom systems and practices, and instructional content should be developed and delivered. We work with you to help identify the best strategies to use and when to use them.

For information on our current professional development sessions available and packages, please check out our professional development/workshops page and register or go to our contact page and book a consultation call.

Small Group Practice Clinics and Workshopping Sessions

Our professional development sessions provide you with tools and frameworks for embedding transferable skill instruction and equitable practices into your STEM classrooms. The Small Group Practice Clinics and Workshopping Sessions allow you the space for practical practice of revising lessons, curricula, and classroom systems within a supportive community alongside expert facilitation and feedback on your work.

Executive Coaching and Long-Term Planning for Leaders

Working with school-level and network leaders is important and critical work.  Too often planning for large initiatives within an organization or network is done in silos, with limited data and often limited capacity for follow-through.  We love working with leaders to help them turn their goals and priorities for their school communities  into impactful experiences for all those they serve .  Through coaching we can help you increase your capacity to move more of your  initiatives and priorities forward to benefit your staff, students, and families.
